I tried to book hotel from oyo app on ** November ****, for ₹**** , my money was deducted and booking does not go through and never got refunded. It has been more than for months, I have called oyo customer care , emailed them, written to them on insta, but nothing was done, shared every proof but they are asking for more time and no response. Till now I have made hundred call, nd mails but nothing I ever got in response.
I need my money with interest for all the harrasment i went through, they have not taking it seriously I have to call them again and agin, they tell me to mail then, then no one response.
This is going for * months now
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
