I booked two tickets for a movie. Money got deducted but transaction failed message has come. Immediately, I booked again and it was successful. After some time, I received the message for confirmation of Failed transaction. I have spoken with Customer care regarding cancellation or Refund as it was APP error. But, they said it cant be cancelled. I explained them that I took a screenshot of the failed transaction and time of confirmation message and also the time I booked again before the confirmation message was received. I would like to file a complaint against Book My Show.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
