Book My Show - Payment Debited but No Tickets Received

I am extremely disappointed with the way this issue has been handled.
The amount for my booking was deducted successfully, but I never received the tickets. It has now been more three weeks and I still have not received my refund. I have contacted mutliple agents via call, chat support and email yet they haven’t reverted back with a resolution or an update while the agents asks me to share the same details that I have already provided earlier to countless agents.
I have been charged for a service which I haven’t used and I am still being held on hold for so long.
