Book My Show - NOT INTIMATED THE MOVIE CANCELLATION IN TIME

Am a regular cinema tickets buyer in Book My Show portal since a decade and last Saturday, I have booked a cinema ticket for one of the Movies in Asian Sridevi Multiplex, Hanamkonda at *.** PM show! But surprisingly, the moment I have reached the theater and entered in to Hall after due security check, the officials of the theater informed me that the movie was cancelled due to NO expected tickets were sold and they have informed the same to Bookmyshow officials thru mail!! It is surprised to me that when the situation is like why they haven't informed the same to the consumer well in advance and i have traveled all the way reached the theatre by planning my day properly but the situation made me to very bad and guilty in theater! One more surprise that they have send a mail in the night at *.** PM about the cancellation of show and refund initiation! This is complete ridiculous and the book my show company officials not shown any respect towards the consumer time which resulted my happy Sunday was disturbed! Further, the convenience fee thru credit card payment is high time when compared with any of the other entertainment portals!!! At this juncture, I request the respected officials of this Consumer Forum, pls look in to this case and do some justice for a common man which will definitely help other common public in the society who buys tickets bookmyshow by paying additional fee. This should also a lesson to the bookmyshow company officials who doesn't care about the coon man.
