No broker com - Transaction amount not credited

I have paid Tution fees Rs ***** to Mohd Rehan through No Broker App on *th May ****. The payment status showing Settled but Receiver not received the till the date, I have raised complaint through the mail to No broker team and asked why it was not credited, the no broker team informed that receiver bank limit issue as the reason not credited, so that I informed Mohd Rehan regarding the Issue and he was done his Bank KYC successfully to get Required Bank limit. The Same I have informed to the no broker team but till the date they have not credit amount to receiver Mohd Rehan, Even I ask if not possible to credit amount to receiver then kindly refund to the Original payment method. But they were not Crediting or Refunding the Amount till the date and holding my amount themselves only. I have raised complaint through mails & What's app communication but still they are asking more time to resolve, it's already * month crossed and they were not responding.
