Sir i am enos Emanuel a fampay user my mobile number is ********** sir actually in the month of February i have booked a two train tickets for ** May but for some reason I have cancelled my train ticket partially as of now I haven't received my refund sir i have contacted fampay by live agent from fampay they told that your money has been transferred to idfc wallet but when I talked to and mailed to idfc from one month they have stucked me and mailed me that your money has been not received please refund my money as soon as possible or i have to complaint against fampay sir i have talked to railway also they have sent me all the details that they have refunded the money and has been received to bank but idfc bank is not giving that money please see to my this problem and give my refund as soon as possible I am sending screenshot of idfc and railway for as proof please see and provide my refund as soon as possible I am also sending my old upi id and new upi id as sir i know that your linked up with idfc has been closed but it's not my fault ok sir it's your fault that you are un linked with idfc now I want my refund full back please solve my problem
