I am reporting an unauthorized deduction of ₹** from my FamPay account.
On may * ****, I deposited ₹*,***, and the app immediately deducted ₹**. I never gave permission for this charge, nor was I informed that a fee would be applied.
Historically, I have deposited amounts of ₹**,*** or more into this same account without ever being charged a fee. This sudden deduction is listed as a "Value Added Service" or "Higher Limit Fee," but I never opted into any such paid service.
This is a violation of consumer transparency. I demand a full refund of ₹** and for these unauthorized auto-deductions to be stopped immediately.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
