I made a wrong payment through FamPay and kindly request you to return my amount. The payment was suddenly sent to another person by mistake, but that person is not responding to me and is misbehaving with me by using rude and harsh words. They are using very bad language such as abusive words. I have already raised a complaint against them and request you to take appropriate action on this matter and help me get my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
