Indian Railway - TRAIN NOT ARRIVERD AT BORDING STATION

Issue Details:
*. On **.**.****, I arrived at Chopan Station to board Train No. ***** as per the schedule provided by Indian Railways. The train did not arrive, and no prior announcement or information was provided about its cancellation or non-operation.
*. Upon approaching the station enquiry counter, I was informed that “this train does not come to Chopan, and it was a mistake by the railway” in issuing the schedule. This error caused significant inconvenience, mental distress, and financial loss, as I had to return home without traveling.
*. I filed a TDR for a refund, but it was repudiated by Indian Railways, citing [repudiation reason, TRAIN NOT CANCELLED/DIVERTED AT BOARDING AND/OR RESERVED UPTO STATION”]. This is unjust, as the railway’s error in scheduling led to the issue, and I was present at the station.
The incorrect schedule and lack of communication constitute a deficiency in service.

I attempted resolution via RailMadad/email to railmadadcris@gmail.com , but received no satisfactory response. The railway’s scheduling error caused this issue.
