I have been given false information's, made false commitments and Marketing gimmicks to book Toyota Fortuner with an advance booking amount payments of **K, committing to give a delivery in ** days. It has been more than *.* months now, and I have not learned that they have internally cancelled my order and kept me in dark asking me to wait. After escalating a lot, now they says, they don't have an ETA and it may be further delayed up to * month.
I am frustrated and feel trapped with my money with them, loan processed by them, my existing car with Exchange commitments with them. I cannot move away from them nor they are giving me the new car.
Can I get some help from consumer court for some assistance. I have gone through a lot of mental trauma and frustrations due to this.
