As per booking confirmation ( ORD*********, I********) dated **th Dec'****, the tentative delivery mentioned was */* months & waiting till May'** started regular follow up about delivery confirmation .
As per Pioneer Toyota Chandigarh , they have not received the booked color ( Cave Black ) & Model Hyryder Hybrid G model till now for onward delivery & neither any confirmation received from Toyota Plant Delivery department , as per Toyota customer care , it was updated that the Hyryder Hybrid delivery delayed due to some technical problem & they can not still confirm about exact Delivery date /month of booked vehicle.
However as per feedback , some other persons who have booked in month of Jan & feb and even afterwards hasv received delivery of their booked vehicle.
As per latest interaction with Pioneer Toyota Chandigarh on **th July , they mentioned that the Cave Black color booked is rare & they can not confirm any timelines of delivery.
I being loyal toyota customer from ** years & still using Toyota vehicle, have to face such issues that i can not get vehicle of my choice even waiting for * months ( whereas on booking note its mentioned waiting time */* months).
Seek support from all concerned to get the required vehicle G model Hybrid arranged for delivery without any further delay.
Anticipating positive action & revert .
