Dear Team,
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Toyota regarding the grave violations of my consumer rights, service negligence, warranty denial, and breach of trust. I seek your assistance in addressing these issues and seeking appropriate remedies.
Summary of Complaint:
I have been a loyal customer of Toyota for * years and recently encountered severe issues during my service experience at their authorized service center. The key complaints can be summarized as follows:

Service Negligence: Despite adhering to the recommended maintenance schedule and seeking guidance from Toyota's service advisor, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, I experienced inconsistencies and miscommunication regarding service intervals. Mr. Kumar advised me to delay the service beyond the required interval, leading to confusion and potential harm to my vehicle.
*. Warranty Denial: Toyota's warranty team unjustly denied my legitimate claim for a turbocharger replacement under the extended warranty. This denial was based on minor delays in previous services, despite the fact that the delays were authorized by their own service advisor. Such a denial goes against my rights as a consumer and violates the warranty agreement.
*. Breach of Trust: Throughout this entire process, I have faced a severe breach of trust from Toyota. Their lack of proactive communication, disregard for my concerns, and failure to provide timely updates have caused significant inconvenience, financial losses, and forced cancellation of important personal plans.
I have attempted to resolve these issues by directly contacting Toyota and expressing my concerns. However, their lack of response and failure to address my grievances have left me with no choice but to seek external assistance.
I kindly request your support in investigating this matter, facilitating communication with Toyota, and securing appropriate remedies for the damages I have suffered. I believe that my consumer rights have been violated, and I am prepared to take necessary legal actions to safeguard those rights.
I have tried calling/emailing the complaints portal of Toyota, but they are not even responding to my emails. Please let me know if there is any additional information required to proceed with this complaint.
