We had booked a package tour for Singapore through travbond and they have completely failed on all their commitment. They cheated on us on providing the service as per the amount paid to them. The itinerary agreed on by the salesperson before payment was changed by reservation team and their heads and are not agreeing to give service for the same. Complete fraud company and arrogant staff.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
