Hi
I had purchased a * burner toughened glass * burner stove Model *B Primr SS from Jyoti Kitchen Galleria (Firm name Shubham Mart) on **th May ****.
Yesterday the toughened glass has suddenly cracked.the executive called saying that without warranty card we cannot replace the glass free of cost,He is demanding Rs **** for replacement of the glass.
I have the original purchase bill with me no warranty card was not issued only a delivery challan was issued to me at the time of delivery.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
