I have purchased the sunflame chimney product of model no is INNOVA ** AUTO CLEAN DX at sri VASAVI METALS at guntakal (town) anantapur (district) andhra pradesh (state)...since from last * months mother board problem and many times complaint given to the shop owner where purchased this product as well as to your customer care service centre also complaint Ref. no is VIJ*********
Till now their is no action has been taken...
so I am requesting to you sir to resolve my this issue by sending your service centre person for repair as soon as possible...
Last date of warranty ended on **-**-****.
