I purchase Sunflame * burner stove few months back & it’s under warranty. It’s not working properly past * month, I’ve lodged a complaint to the customer care people. It’s been a month now roughly and yet no resolution, no executive has come for seeing the stove or at least called me to ask what the issue is. It feels like they are cheating the customers.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
