Myntra - Torn product received

I placed an order for all about you by Deepika Padukone sweater as needed it for a wedding on an urgent basis. I paid for the product in advance and contacted Myntra local delivery team to get delivery arranged for **/**/**** as I was leaving for the wedding. The product after a lot of hassle got delivered and it was fully torn, a big hole on the back, I have the picture attached. I was very upset as needed the sweater urgently. At last, I left and complained to Myntra on **/**/**** via Twitter. All they did was got return arranged and said I'll get the refund. I had been in touch with them as I needed an apology as there was supposed to be a quality team to check the product before sending it to customers. How can they sell a torn sweater for Rs.****? I got no response to my tweets and emails. At last, they agreed to offer me a goodwill coupon code of Rs. *** on a purchase of ****. I have been ever since chasing them up regarding this. I'm very disgusted by the way I have been treated. I'm very upset as they neither respond to tweets or emails and lie that my mobile isn't reachable. They have made me for a coupon of ***. I want an official apology and better compensation for this hassle I have to go through and for this diabolical way of treatment I have received. Looking for some help.
