Arihant Books - Took advance payment and did not delivered my product

I ordered my product from their website on ** April **** which will be supposed to deliver within two days. I paid an advance payment for fast delivery but after waiting for * days I've no idea where my product is. There is no option on their website to track my product. I am trying calling and email so many times but they did not pick any of my calls and not responding to any of my emails. I never faced such terrible service before.
Even they changed my delivery status to "shipped" as you can see in the attachment (including order ID) but I did not receive any product and calls by them. Please take some action against them.
