Arihant books - Delayed in order courier from the seller

I am writing this after not getting responses from Arihant books. I tried to call, email but no response.
My order placed on ** November ****, order Id : ******.
Courier: Delhivery Surface

Order ID: *****JX******
It shows Pickup Pending (* Dec ****, **:** PM), contact to your seller.
I tried to contact with n number of times but still getting no response.
As of today, I have not received any updates regarding the shipment or delivery of my order, and it appears to be delayed beyond the expected timeline.
Please let me know if there are any issues or if additional information is required. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.
