I have placed an order for * Books from Arihantbooks and transferred Rs. **** on **-**-**. Unfortunately, there were no response even after sending mails. Hence, cancelled the order but still, didn't get the refund or any rest from them.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
