Uma Gupta filed complaint against You Broadband on Jul 13, 2019
I was using You Broadband since **** but this time I took a *-year subscription as the executive told me I will get * months extra with this. After a month I realized that they have reduced the speed of my ** MBPS connection to * MBPS. After continuous complaints for * months and continuous rectification, they were able to improve the speed to ** MBPS. At that time they told me, I will not get the same issue again as there was some problem in my area and now it is rectified. After * month of good service, they just stopped giving the internet. Whenever I am filing a complaint they start the connection and from next day I am bound to complain again. I have mentally suffered a lot because of them and I can't believe the loss of my hard-earned money as I have been informed that after disconnection I will not get my advance back. It has been * months and I have barely got proper service for * months in the whole duration.
