Sindhu filed complaint against Hp on Aug 17, 2020
I ordered a laptop in Tatacliq on **th august **** and received the product on **th august ****. Immediately I opened and tried to check if everything works fine. But the laptop got hanged in the very first use and it was very slow, not able to connect to wifi as well. So I thought of returning the product so I requested for a return on the same day. Next day tata cliq support team called me and told that I have to go and collect Job sheet from nearest HP showroom. But there is no showroom near my hometown (Virudhunagar). For that I have to go to Madurai, whichisnot possible in this lockdown. Also if I am able to go to showroom for getting jobsheet, why would I order it online, I would have directly gone to the showroom and purchased the laptop. Tatacliq does no help in this. I expect easy returns.If there is a problem in the product they should either accespt the return request and collect the product or they should arrange for jobsheet. But here comes the main problem. I tried to contact HP support. There were no proper menu to take me to the support agent and after lot of struggle I was able to talk to the agent. But no proper response. They cut the call abruptly. everytime They say they will redirect to technical team and the technical team person is not able to fix it and they said senior technical person will call me in half an hour. But no calls till now. Again and again I call them same process happens but no proper solution for me. My latop return period is just * days. Its already * days now. I am worried if i have to keep the defective laptop which I bought for Rs.*****
