Travelled via Toll booth Bhagan Toll plaza, Ambala Highway, Haryana on **th June
**** at **** Hrs & **th July **** at ****
Hrs in Haryana. Toll tax was deducted without my vehicle having a fastag.
I was carrying a valid Indian Army Identity card on which the toll attendant exempted my vehicle on showing my ID, however toll
tax was still deducted. As per my inference it is a fraud as my vehicle number was used to deduct toll and this amounts to stealing.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
