I regular traveller via Rohad Toll plaza Haryana. My village came under ** km from Rohad toll plaza and i have monthly pass of Rs. ***. The front desk person denied a recharge after * p.m. Sir I am a *-* worker their is no facility to recharge after this . When i want to register my complaint then the Person Mr. Ravi such a experienced person abuse me and get out from public place .also when a customer faces goon behaviour and abused never want to face such people again .Please take a serious action and please provide printer to take bill no-one can remember the recharge date without bill and every person have right to ask the bill after any payment , a person having keypad phone can not take picture of his bill .
