Arjun Ankathil filed complaint against Nobroker on Aug 27, 2023
I had purchased a Buyer protect plan for purchasing a property via NoBroker by paying INR ****.
Later, after finalizing a property, I was asked to pay a token deposit of INR ***** to book a property post which seller would share the documents for the legal verification. However the seller is not sharing the documents and NoBroker is not refunding the token deposit saying that as seller hasn't shared the documents there isnt a confirmation from the legal team to refund. The terms and conditions mentioned that refund will be done in case of a legal issue and now no broker is refusing to give a refund quoting that this scenario isn't covered.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
