I paid a token deposit to NoBroker in order to purchase an apartment. The payment was done to NoBroker and Soubhagya Ranjan from the company has sent me the payment links and confirmation details.
After receiving the money, the seller is refusing to share the documents and NoBroker is not refunding the token deposit.
In addition to the token deposit I have purchased a Buyer protect plan for ****INR but the relationship manager is not answering calls or responding to chats.
I have the whole mail chain and have tried escalating the issue for a month now but NoBroker is taking no action.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
