Reliance digital - To Remove or shift the Nuisance

I am a Rajasthan government employee and resident of kanta chauraha, jhotwara, jaipur, ******. There is a multifloor complex attached just behind my house. Three floors of this complex run by Reliance Digital
(Plot No **, Kalyan Kunj, ***-A, Kalwar Rd, near Boring Chauraha, Kalyan Kunj Colony, Sindhi Colony, Jhotwara, Jaipur, Rajasthan ******)
and their ** Air Conditioner Outdoor units installed facing towards my house. My parents are aged senior citizens,my grandmother is ** years old and mentally ill, my two little kids are aged * months and * years respectively. These AC continuosly run from * A.M. to ** P.M. continuous Run of these ACs making massive Noise and increasing Temperature of my building that is causing physical and mental discomfort to my family. Compressors of theses ACs keep starting and stopping whole day and at the time of start and stop they create harsh and bulleting sound that my little * month old baby wake up in shock suddenly and start cry due to fear. Due to continuous Noise irritation problems arising among family members.These outdoor units exhausts heavy hot air blows which makes temperature of my house so high in such summer seasons that Our Air Coolers don't even work as they suck Hot Air exhausted from these outdoor units. Thus we can't even use our coolers as they make temperature more high. As these ACs operate whole day and make high temperature and noise due to which we cannot even use our terrace in evening . We have complained about it several times but no action taken. Kindly look into the matter and give directions to the responsibles to remove and shift these units on the roof of the complex or anywhere else so that we can live with peace and ease at our home.
