Complaint:

I requested a return for my product multiple times while it was still in good condition. However, every time I contacted Flipkart support, I had to explain the same issue again and again.

Each time, I was given a new pickup date, but no one came to collect the product. This happened ** times, and I spoke to customer support repeatedly.

Due to this continuous delay from Flipkarts side, the product has now developed slight damage. Now Flipkart is refusing to accept the return because of this minor damage.

This situation is not my fault. The delay and failure of pickup were entirely due to Flipkarts poor service.

I request a full refund for my product along with compensation for mental harassment, inconvenience, and time wasted. I also request reimbursement of any legal or complaint-related costs incurred by me.
