I have purchased a * months rental tikona broadband from.the day one the connection speed was low the engineer told it will get resolved I have filed many complaints on my tikona app and also I have send them emails but they don't give any proper reply they dnt send any one to inspect they are scaming people in the name of speed they give ** mbps speed for ** mbps plan I want to file a complaint and issue refund
