Parag Mittal filed complaint against Tikona broadband and wifi on Mar 10, 2023
I have raised disconnection request to Tikona on **th January'**. I have already paid my bill till October'**. However, I have not received any call on disconnecting my number. I was told that it would take **-** days, but now its been a month now. I want the refund of my amount which is already paid.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
