Able to get my wi fi connection rectified
I have send many emails and written through whatsup but to no responce
I hope you would see to this matter

This is the third time i am mailing you
Even after ** days no engineer has come to the site and rectified my issue
I have tried to contact you through phone and you app but to no use.
I have recently paid my billl and also paid for
Upgradeation but no one is bothered to look in to the issue.
If you cannot give service ls refund my amt so i can go for some other company net
