I had logged a disconnection request to Tikona on *rd, August, ****. I got several calls from Tikona team all asking me reason for disconnection and said it will be disconnected within ** days, now it has been more than ** days , I still didn't get any confirmation email/sms regarding disconnection.
I have already logged a complaint with Tikona apleate authority, but no response till now.
