I paid INR **** for tikona plan, post confirmation from sales executive on *.April.****, he committed me that with * working days the installation will be done, today post ** days no response, no complaint is taken by tikona, since they are constantly telling due to lockdown no response, but as per government rules Internet is an essential service, so i need refund of my monay and additional compensation of **,*** as loss to my work because of false committment
