Tikona Digital Networks Private Limited - False charging of monthly rental after prepaid connection was discontinued

I with above customer ID was using Tikona broadband since many years. I had opted for pre-paid annual plan.
Recently, I shifted my home to a different location, for which I didnt use their service for about * to * months. Ironically, when my annual plan ended, they starting billing me monthly rental + extra charges without being using it.
I tried to connect with customer care many times but the phone didnt get through, I have written a few mails for termination.
My concern is how a company like Tikona after completion of annual plan still keep charging monthly rental? I would agree if I have used their services in this case internet.
This is really a case of false billing and harassing the customer who moves out of their customer list. I am now asked to pay the monthly rental since last * months.
Please do the needful at the earlierst.
