I booked my train tickets from Goibibo app. After many useless verifications and stages they said that booking failed because I didn't had good internet connection (that's a lie) and they deducted my money too.
After asking for refund they said that they have refunded my money but still I haven't got any money back in my bank account.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
