I had booked a ticket for mum to Bangkok return for November ****. After making all the payments we received a call from goibibo that your ticket has not been confirmed because the tickets price have hiked n if you make the payment we will confirm the tickets. We had booked the tickets after setting for certain amount n how come they can charge us extra after making payment. So I said no for which they said they will refund the amount in next *hrs for which I said ok but after ** hrs also I have not been refunded my money n a upon enquiry they say more * to *days it will take. Is this their work of decency? It's totally unethical of goibibo to do this in spite being their regular customer.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
