I am raising complaint everyday regarding the speed issue and by the end of the day the tickets are getting closed without my notice. The technician never comes to my home nor he calls me but he simple closes the ticket saying door locked and customer not lifting call. I get a call from head office about the issue when I say the issue is not fixed they say they will send the technician again but again the same story repeats, nothing works out. This is so cheap of hathway and their employees for providing the worst internet and the worst customer service.
The technicians are useless idiots, putting blame on me and closing the tickets.
If hathway can really work on this, I challenge you to resolve my problem and show.
Else accept you are the worst internet and worst customer service provider.
