I have terminated by account with Hathway on ** Aug **** due to planned relocation and connection issues. I paid all outstanding and also returned the modem for which I have received a receipt. But the company keeps sending me invoices and calling me and harassing me to pay bill multiple times each month despite terminating services. They don't only harass me but also my wife whose number we have repeatedly requested to remove from their call list. Even when using their service we had to change registered number due to the high number of spam calls at inappropriate times. I've sent two cease and desist notices via email post connection termination requesting them to stop calling me and stop sending fabricated invoices. My registered email address has been black listed by their billing department after sending the first notice but they have persisted in sending me false invoice emails requesting payment. I want Hathway to immediately stop calling me and harassing me via unsolicited calls and close my account permanently as I do not ever intend to resume their pathetic services.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
