I have got an new internet connection from hathway by paying for * months service, after the installation i didn't get the internet service at all, it was very bad due to their technical issues, even after several complaints issue didn't get resolved. I told them to disconnect the internet and they did but i didn't get my money back. I have been asking for refund but they are denying it.
