I have not received the refund of my ticket PNR:YK**K for the air india flight from Bangalore to Chicago , which got cancelled due to pandemic. I have called air india several times , have emailed ecommerce team. They said refund is processed. However it has been * months and i have not received any money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
