Nilesh Bhoyar filed complaint against HAPPYEASY GO on Nov 28, 2021
Hi Team,
I got confirmation from Indigo Airlines that the flight which was scheduled on **th Oct **** has been cancelled and they have completed the refund process request as well. I have given all the booking details to HappyEasy on *th Oct **** through email.
Since then I have sent several emails and tagged them in Twitter but all the time what we got is automated email response. No one has taken any proper action from last two months. I haven't heard any single updates from HappyEasyGo online booking team. It's clear case of fraud. Customers amount are not being returned here.
Request you to kindly help in this matter and please help me to get the refund amount from HappyEasyGo.
