Pooja Shirish Chavan filed complaint against Travolook on Oct 5, 2021
I booked my AIR ASIA flight from Pune to Bangalore on ** Aug ****. The cancellation reference number is REF*********.
I paid the amount but did not recieve any confirmation mail from them. So I called them and they confirmed that my ticket was booked and the payment was received. Almost immediately I get a mail saying that my Booking is cancelled due to fare expiration. And that my amount will be refunded in **-** working days. This mail was sent by Neha Tigga from their support team . It's been close to * months now and I'm taking follow ups. They replied the first couple of times and then stopped replying all together. Post that they keep asking for *-** days time for refund every time I call them. When I said I'll take this matter up on social media they said that please don't post negative reviews. And they cut the call. I've been struggling to get in touch with them.
Request you to help me out with this situation.
