I booked a flight for *, from delhi to trivandrum, a week ago. Amount got debitted from bank but goibibo didnot send me the ticket. They issued a false pnr on the app. On further searching i found my original pnr, when checked with airline the pnr status was cancelled. I neither recieved the ticket nor cancelled it. I couldnt reach goibibo, the chat support doesn't provide satisfying answers. Now am paying my emi unnecessarily. Got a call from goibibo that i will recieve my refund, but when called again, the system is telling that reason for refund is no show. I want you to seriously look into it and return me the full amount asap
