On ** Sep ****, I paid Rs **** on https://www.travolook.in/
with Ref no. REF*********.
First I received an Email saying that the booking was in progress.
After one hour I got a mail saying that the booking has got cancelled and "Such unlikely event, if your tickets cannot be processed for any reason you will be notified via email or by telephone and your payment will NOT be processed."
However, the payment was already debited and since then I am trying to recover it by calling them and writing Emails for no avail.
Considering the fact that I had to book the travel via another agent at a higher cost as well as the anxiety it caused me and also the time and effort I have spent in recovering the amount, I claim a minimum compensation of INR *,***.
