Hakimuddin Kangsawala filed complaint against Travolook on Sep 16, 2021
on Travalook website, on the *rd Sept, **** I tried doing the booking for air india flight from Indore to Mumbai for ** September, ****. Rs. ****/- money got deducted but I did not get the confirm ticket. I was told that the fare got expired and the money will be refunded within *-* working days. Then on the call I was told money will be refunded in *-* working days. Today more than ** days has passed and I have not got my refund and today when I called customer care again, the lady was very rude and she said she is working from home and the money will be refunded in *-** working days. I told her I need my money to be refunded today and I will not wait for another ** days.
Strangely though I was able to book the same airline ticket for the same flight and day from Ibibo for the same fare. I finished with my journey and I still do not have my refund. I want to sue these travolook company for the damages. I have to waste my time on phone calls to get my refund.
