hello i am bikesh, my Irctc mobile no. ********** and email is bikesh****maharana@gmail.com . I recently booked a ticket , PNR ********** name - Akshaya Nahak ,age - ** i choose side lower as birth preference while booking the ticket but it is booked as side upper .So i cancelled to rebook and again in the second time same situation occurred. so please change side upper to side lower preference and refund my cancellation charge as it is not my fault.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
