I tried to book ticket from Kochi to Delhi on https://www.travolook.in. The money got deducted from my account after which I received a mail saying booking is in progress. After follow up I got a mail saying booking is cancelled due to fare expiration. I called then up several times to refund my amount but they are always extending refund date continuously. Each time asking to wait few more weeks.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
