Travolook - Ticket not booked and refund not processed

I booked the ticket on two occassions. One from Kolkata to Kanpur and other from Indore to Delhi. On both the times, the ticket did not get book and withing ** minutes I received the call on both the times that the fare has increased from Airline side and they have to cancel the ticket. Refund will be reflected in my account. After kept waiting for more than a week, I checked on Twitter and found that the website is doing scam and there are hundreds of complaints against this company. They have not refunded even a single rupee to any customer.
