Complaint against M/s. Travolook. regarding my refund awaited for INR **** since last ** days against their cancellation REF********* dt ** FEB '** . Sir, In reference to above , it may be informed that I had searched on website on dated**/*/*** for my flight booking from DEL – SRINAGAR rS.****- were paid by me on Travel Look agency website thro' HDFC Net banking. However, same was cancelled by Travel Look with reason of fare expiration by Indigo vide travolook REF********* . In this regard, it may be informed that refund for same is still awaited even one month. I have already sent ** reminders to Travel Look at their customer support email mentioned below. Each time they have acknowledged that refund will be processed for payment within *-** days. view of above, you are kindly requested to intervene and resolve the issue regarding my refund of Rs, ****/- only.
