On February **th I booked an online Flight ticket via 'Travolook Website' and made a payment though Paytm (UPI)
(AIR INDIA flight BOM- DEL **.** am - ** Feb)
Booking reference no. with Travolook REF*********
After that within a minute I received a mail from Travolook that my ticket booking is in progress, and it would get confirmed within ** min.
After **-** min I received a call from Travolook executive that, due to some error my ticket has not been booked and they had cancelled it from their end,
I requested them about refund mail, so they send me a cancellation mail, and, in that refund, amount was mentioned. I requested them that this is not a proper mail of refund it doesn’t clearly mentions when and where amount will get refunded. But the executive said it is clear and your will get your refund within a day or two, and she was forcing me to book a new ticket (I didn’t book any ticket after that)
just requested to get a proper refund mail and the refund amount as soon as possible, she said both will happen within *-* days.
Refund is not received till date, nor any mail as requested by me.
When I am calling their customer helpline number, they are keeping me on hold and not responding to any of my queries properly.
